At the board meeting Mr. Goodman recognized Ms. Jenna Chavez. She brings History to life in her classroom. She never stops growing as an educator and she brings what she learns back to the classroom. Her impact reaches well beyond her classroom. Whenever we need help with anything in any area she is the first person we turn to. In a rural school, the educators who invest in every part of the community make an immeasurable difference. Ms. Chavez does exactly that every day!
We also want to congratulate Jenna Chavez who was recognized as the 2026 Teacher of Distinction through the Arizona Rural Schools Association.
